Pulse Jet type Bag filter
Brijmech offers Pulse Jet Type Bag Filters manufactured from standard components and proven technology for trapping particulates from flue gas before exiting through chimney to atmospheric air.
Air to cloth ratio, velocity, temperature, particle size distribution and dust loading, moisture content, dust nature (Corrosive, Combustible, Explosive, Sticky etc) are some of the most important parameters to be considered for effective and efficient dust collector design & it determines the size, cost and performance of Bag filters. We are the manufacturers of custom designed pulse jet bag filter for various industrial applications. Our engineers have decades of experience and deep knowledge in custom designing of dust collector & Dust collection system very specific to process dusts and particle matter.
All the Bag Filters incorporate pulse jet bag cleaning process, large roof access panels for inspection and bag removal. Options include ducting work, support structure, insulation and cladding. Motorised rotary valve is fitted at the bottom of the hopper for easy removal of ash.

Wet Scrubber
Brijmech offers cyclonic as well as venturi type Wet Scrubbers for controlling particulate emissions and gaseous pollutants as a part of emission control equipment.
The exhaust air quality and dust concentration levels from scrubber units are very application dependant and is often used in a plant environment where the dust particulate is hydroscopic and soluble in water.
We manufacture scrubbers from a wide range of materials ranging from quality mild steel to stainless steel.

Electrostatic Precipitators
Particulate emissions and gaseous pollutants that are created in combustion process in Boilers, Heaters etc can be effectively removed with the aid of Electrostatic Precipitators which collects effectively up to 96% of the dust from the gas stream.
Dust particles in flue gas path are electrostatically charged by the precipitator and the charged particles are attracted and deposited on plates / other collection devices. Thereafter, the collectors are shaken in order to displace the dust and it is collected in the ash discharge hopper. Number of fields in ESP is selected as per SPM level desired by the client in respective region.
